**The 6th International Thyroid NOTES Conference was held on June 12–14, 2024. The conference continued its collaboration with the Department of Otolaryngology, Chulalongkorn Hospital, Chulalongkorn University, enabling participants to engage in hands-on training in transoral endoscopic thyroidectomy via the vestibular approach (TOETVA) using soft cadavers. Owing to the high demand for cadaver-based hands-on training, the cadaveric workshop was expanded to 16 stations, representing the largest cadaveric dissection program ever organized for this conference.

For this edition, the conference was extended to a three-day format to provide participants with more comprehensive and in-depth education in TOETVA and transoral robotic thyroidectomy (TORT), as well as ultrasound-guided thermal ablation. The scientific program covered detailed aspects of clinical practice, including indications, preoperative preparation, surgical techniques, and postoperative management.**
