It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the International Thyroid NOTES Conference in Bangkok — the home of the Transoral Endoscopic Thyroidectomy Vestibular Approach (TOETVA).
Since 2016, this meeting has grown into the world’s definitive gathering for scarless thyroid surgery. The program has been significantly upgraded into an intensive format of expert lectures, 4K live surgical demonstrations and hands-on workshops covering TOETVA, transoral robotic thyroidectomy (TORT) and ultrasound-guided thermal ablation.
What began as a single technique is now performed in more than 45 countries worldwide, and its global adoption continues to expand. Our goal is to share every practical detail — indications, patient selection, surgical technique and post-operative care — so that you can bring truly scarless thyroid surgery safely to your own patients.
