The 3rd International Thyroid NOTES Conference was helded on 6th – 7th March 2018. We still collaborated with the Department of ENT, Chulalongkorn Hospital, Chulalongkorn University, which provided us to practice hands-on TOETVA in soft cadavers. This special cadavers were preserved with a very special secret formula, which made the cadaver very soft, 99% similar to normal human tissue. This special soft cadavers let participants feel like doing surgery in real human, which is very good in practicing for the TOETVA beginner. We increased the cadavers to 15 stations.
